These terms govern your use of A6 Relay ("the service"). By using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
A6 Relay is currently in active testing and early access. Features, availability, accuracy, and pricing may change without notice, the service may be interrupted or unavailable, and we make no commitment to a specific launch date. Trial sessions are subject to time and character limits that may change at any time.
Some features (saving and editing a transcript) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when creating one.
Don't use A6 Relay for anything unlawful, to attempt to circumvent trial limits or access controls, to interfere with the service's operation, or to submit content you don't have the right to submit. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
A6 Relay produces machine-generated, real-time translations. Like any automated interpretation system, it can make mistakes — including with names, numbers, and technical terms — especially during early access. Don't rely on A6 Relay as the sole source of translation for legal, medical, safety-critical, or other high-stakes situations where a mistranslation could cause harm. For those situations, use a qualified human interpreter.
You retain ownership of the speech and text you provide through the service. By using A6 Relay, you allow us to process that content as described in our Privacy Policy — including sending transcribed text to our translation provider, and storing it to operate and improve the service.
A6 Relay, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, particularly given its early-access status. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A6 Relay isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including damages arising from translation errors.
We may update these terms as the product evolves, especially as it moves from early access toward a full launch. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
